Our 4 bedroom, 2 full bath is fully equipped with all the personal touches of a luxury residence.

The large open kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, soft close cabinets/drawers and granite counter tops. It overlooks the spacious living room which is equipped with a large flat screen TV, comfortable (and easy) pull out couch which converts to a queen sofa bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests for your convenience, reclining chair, coffee table and side table.

The master suite is quiet and restful, and prepared with lots of fluffy towels and soft linens. It overlooks the pool and offers its own doors from bathroom with direct access to the pool area. It comes fully furnished with a king size bed, bed side tables, lamps, and a large flat screen TV, with a brand new custom designed on suite master bathroom with his and her sinks, rain shower head and a tub.

The second bedroom opposite of the master bedroom offers a gorgeous view of pool and lake and is fully furnished with a queen size bed, overhead fan/light, closet and very comfortable bedding.

The third bedroom at front of house has the Disney Princesses and Cars characters to welcome you. It is fully furnished with two twin tumbler beds, overhead fan/light, closet and matching Disney character bedding.

The forth bedroom has Mickey Mouse and friends welcoming you. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, bed side table, overhead fan/light, walk in closet and of course offering very comfortable bedding.

The dining room offers a spacious dining table to make those holiday dinners even more memorable.

There is separate laundry room just off the garage with top load washer and front load dryer.

The HEATED pool/patio overlooks the beautiful lake and fountain and is equipped with a patio table, lounges, BBQ, and a 40" TV outside on wall with a cable box so you can watch TV from the pool. (What luxury)

Fishing: The lake is stocked with large mouth bass and we provide a rod a lure that caught a 9lb bass. Disney and GREAT bass Fishing vacation for the ultimate fishing lover.

Why Stephanie and Jeffrey Loper chose Disney / Orlando

We have family that live in Florida and thought it would be a great place to purchase a home. We have designed and furnished the house as if it were our permanent home. The location is ideal for any one interested in shopping, good restaurants, Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and even beaches. It is central located within minutes of Orlando and the Disney Parks and just over an hour to beaches. We fell in love with this house and we are sure you will love it as much as we do.

What makes this house unique

Completely renovated, custom designed kitchen and master bath and brand new furnishings. It really is a brand new house.

Beautiful home near Disney

What a fabulous find. A beautiful and very comfortable home in a convenient location. The interior is all newly refurbished and is modern and stylish. Our children loved the Disney themes! We loved the super king sized bed! A cot and high chair for our baby were provided free of charge which was appreciated.

We spent a few days at a Disney hotel before coming here and it was virtually as convenient to stay here in terms of access to the parks. It was very easy to pop back to the house in the middle of the day and cool off in the pool, which is in a nice setting overlooking a lake. A quiet neighbourhood and a short drive from supermarkets (Target and Walmart) - we found it very comfortable.

Stephanie and Jeffrey were very responsive to any questions we had, before, during and after our stay. Highly recommended. We plan to return.
